Offender Name: Renee Clark

Offenders Last Known Address: Folkston, Georgia, 31537

She rents. Landlord said NO MORE ANIMALS.
At the start of her lease she had 1 older cat (Fluffy Grey male) that the Landlord agreed to. She neglected the cat so badly that I took it to NCAS and they had to put him down due to severe malnutrition and illness. She then brought a female kitten into the house and neglected to vet the cat, later releasing it outside because it pooped outside the box. She is now trying to "adopt" (take possession of a friend's 2 cats) and was told NO by the Landlord.
