Case Summary
According to an eyewitness report submitted to the DNA Registry, a puppy named Marcie died on July 24, 2026, after reportedly jumping from the open window of a parked vehicle while attached to a restraint by her collar.

The submitter reports that she and two other individuals attempted CPR, rescue breathing, and other efforts to revive Marcie but were unsuccessful.
